Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, it all went down yesterday morning – OZZY OSBOURNE’s Ferrari hit a Mercedes from behind right before entering an L.A. highway. We’re told both parties waited for police to arrive and then traded information – departing without incident. There were no injuries and damage was minor. The rock star’s rep didn’t immediately comment. As for the confused expression – well… it’s Ozzy.

2010 – Ozzy Osbourne Furious His Song Used to Spread Hatred

Ozzy Osbourne has blasted religious leaders in Kansas for using the lyrics to his song “Crazy Train” to promote messages of hate and evil. The rocker was appalled when he learned that members of the Westboro Baptist Church had paraphrased lyrics from the song at a post-Supreme Court hearing press conference in Washington, D.C. – after telling reporters the U.S. deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq are “punishment for America’s tolerance of homosexuality and abortion”.

He says, “I am sickened and disgusted by the use of Crazy Train to promote messages of hate and evil by a church.”

“Crazy Train” is 1980 song written by Ozzy Osbourne, Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley for Osbourne’s debut album “Blizzard of Ozz”. It has been covered by many musicians including Bullet for My Valentine, Slipknot and Korn.

2010 – OZZY OSBOURNE Interviewed By ASSOCIATED PRESS – June 24, 2010
The Associated Press recently conducted an interview with legendary heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne. You can now watch the chat below.

According to Hits Daily Double, the companion web site of music industry tip sheet HITS, Ozzy’s new album, “Scream”, is on track — based on one-day sales reports — to sell between 65,000 and 70,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release.

Osbourne’s last album, “Black Rain”, opened with 152,000 units back in May 2007 to debut at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 chart. That number was in line with the 153,000 first-week tally registered by 2001′s “Down to Earth”, which entered the Billboard chart at No. 4.

Ozzy played a secret “intimate” show at the House of Blues in Hollywood on Sunday night (June 20) to promote the arrival of the new disc.

He’ll begin touring behind the album this August with a six-date Ozzfest run, before launching a headlining trek later in the year. He’ll also play at the Sturgis Bike Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota on August 12, along with KID ROCK, BUCKCHERRY, GODSMACK and others.

“Scream” introduces Ozzy’s new guitarist from Greece, Gus G.

Ozzy Osbourne

2010 – Legendary BLACK SABBATH singer Ozzy Osbourne was interviewed on last night’s (Wednesday, February 24) edition of Fox News“Red Eye” show with host Greg Gutfeld. You can now watch his appearance in three parts below.

“Red Eye” is a late-night/early-morning talk show on the Fox News channel. Airing at 3:00 a.m. EST on weekdays with repeats on weekends at 12:00 a.m. EST, the show covers a variety of topics, including news, entertainment, sports, and gossip. It is hosted by former Maxim U.K. editor Greg Gutfeld.

Osbourne doesn’t think he’s likely to play with BLACK SABBATH again since he and wife/manager Sharon Osbourne are involved in a lawsuit against guitarist Tony Iommi over the rights to the band’s name. But Ozzy also told Rolling Stone that anything could happen, explaining, “I’m not gonna say I’ve written it out forever. But right now I don’t think there is any chance. But who knows what the future holds for me? If it’s my destiny, fine.”

The original SABBATH lineup of Ozzy, Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward has not toured together since the summer of 2005, and last convened for their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in early 2006.

The group did try to record a new album 10 years ago, their first since 1978, but abandoned the attempt after just a couple of songs. Ozzy said, “I tried and I couldn’t do it . . . I’ve been away from SABBATH thirty-odd years. I was only with them for 10 years. I had girlfriends when I was younger and I would go ‘Oh, I would really like to go back with Shirley,’ and then you do and you go to yourself, ‘What the fuck was I thinking?’ You’re never the same, you know.”

Since 2007, Iommi and Butler have toured and recorded with latter-day SABBATH singer Ronnie James Dio and drummer Vinny Appice under the name HEAVEN & HELL, while Ozzy has been working on a new solo record.
When asked about Dio recently being diagnosed with and treated for stomach cancer, Ozzy said, “I’m sorry to hear about Ronnie having cancer. It must be really fucking scary for the poor boy.”

Ozzy‘s first memoir, “I Am Ozzy”, was published on January 25, with the singer launching a book-signing tour that same day. The book chronicles the metal icon’s life from his working-class beginnings in Birmingham, England to his initial fame with SABBATH to his massive solo career and forays into television.

2007 – Ozzy Osbourne claimed his reputation had been tarnished after a party supposedly involving him was organized by US police officers to round up missing criminal suspects. Over 500 people in North Dakota with outstanding arrest warrants were sent invitations and more than 30 suspects turned up. Osbourne said it was “insulting” that his name had been used but police argued it was a “creative” way to fight crime. Ozzy had been selected because he was due to play a gig in a nearby arena, which was used to explain why he would supposedly have attending the party.
