2008 – Paul McCartney announced today that he will perform in Isreal to the delight of many fans. It has been over 40 years since The Beatles tried to perform there and were shut out by the government. They deemed that Rock Music and the Beatles would degenerative to the youth of the nation.

Paul exclaimed that he is “just passing a message of peace thru music. “
