1968 – The Doors’ third album, Waiting for the Sun, tops the albums chart on the back of the No. 1 single “Hello, I Love You.” Rolling Stone‘s Jim Miller writes, “After a year and a half of Jim Morrison’s posturing one might logically hope for some sort of musical growth, and if the new record isn’t really terrible, it isn’t particularly exciting either.”
Let me see… I remember that album… but, I don’t remember you…. do the math.
