John Lennon in The Quarry Men Skiffle Group

1958 – The Quarry Men appeared at the Wilson Hall in Garston. After the show Paul McCartney introduced George Harrison to John Lennon, George performs ‘Raunchy’ for John, who is impressed with the young guitarist.
