Well hello to all of you Rock’n Roll fans that have taken the time to have a little fun with the history of this truly American Art form. In case no one has looked at their watches lately, April of 2012 will mark the 48th anniversary or the British Invasion, when the Beatles had the Top 5 singles on Billboard’s Charts and the Dave Clark Five had two (2) singles of their own in the Top-10.
The Beatles, as solo artists, didn’t do too badly either. I did a little research of the charts from 1969 until 1992 and found some interesting “Stuff”. Dig it:

It happened only once on June 30th, 1973 when George Harrison’s “Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth)” knocked “My Love ” by Paul McCartney & Wings out of the Number 1 spot.
